Documentum DFC Runtime Environment 7.1

Documentum DFC Runtime Environment is the client-side runtime required to execute applications built on the Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC) for the Documentum content management platform. It supplies the Java libraries and configuration needed to connect to a Documentum Content Server, authenticate, run DQL queries, manage objects and metadata, handle lifecycles and permissions, and transfer content. The runtime also manages sessions, connection pooling, caching, and failover through the docbroker service. It is typically installed on application servers or desktops hosting Documentum-based solutions (such as Webtop, D2, xCP, or custom Java applications).
